This is not a “watch and wait” marketing role. You’ll bring structure, speed, and focus to our mission, building the marketing engine while staying hands-on across strategy, campaigns, content, and growth.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and the management team to define our ICPs, sharpen our positioning, and turn learnings into scalable, repeatable growth activities.
Your Missions
1) Player-Coach
- Build and own our marketing roadmap, from brand to demand, while rolling up your sleeves to deliver.
- Create process, focus, and discipline around campaigns, metrics, and messaging.
- Collaborate tightly with the Sales team to multi-thread key accounts, refine ICPs, and align marketing activity with pipeline goals.
2) Growth
- Define, test, and iterate our value proposition and messaging across industries.
- Keep focusing on the most valuable use cases, highest-paying customers, and best account profiles as quickly as possible - the faster you learn, the faster we achieve scalable growth.
- Collaborate with management to prioritise global expansion across Europe and the US.
3) Execute
- Deliver bold, creative campaigns across digital, content, and events that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
- Produce powerful content (whitepapers, case studies, podcasts, videos, customer support site, seo/geo presence) that turns complex technology into stories that inspire.
- Build our presence at key conferences, owning everything from booth to speaking slots.
4) Data
- Track performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pipedrive, LinkedIn) to measure what works, and what doesn’t.
- Move fast, test, (fail), learn, and adapt - remember our core business is data-driven so should you be.
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience in tech or scale-ups, ideally with exposure to complex, technical products.
- A player–coach, as comfortable defining strategy as you are writing copy, managing events, or tweaking ads.
- Proven ability to partner with Sales to drive pipeline generation and conversion through strong ICP focus, account-based activity, and storytelling.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and self-directed: you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Fluent in English; Danish is a plus, not a requirement.
- Bonus: experience in audio, AI, or health tech, or a genuine passion for how sound can change lives.
