The Greater Copenhagen Fire Department is the Public Safety Answering point for the Capital Region of Denmark with 1,4 mio. citizens. It has a volume of +330.000 calls annually. The Department installed Sharpi in May 2023, on a Windows 11 platform, stage-1PSAP(112 call handling + fire dispatch.
